SMOKEIRON Terms of Service

This website is operated by SMOKEIRON, an operating name of Magill Contracting Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to SMOKEIRON.

By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

Products

SMOKEIRON products are outdoor cooking products made from steel and stainless steel components. Product appearance may vary slightly due to fabrication, finishing, heat exposure, material variation, and small-batch production.

Images, descriptions, dimensions, weights, and specifications are provided as accurately as possible but may vary slightly.

Outdoor use only

SMOKEIRON products are intended for outdoor use only. They must not be used indoors, inside tents, inside vehicles, inside enclosed shelters, or in any area without safe outdoor ventilation.

Customers are responsible for reading and following all safety instructions supplied with the product.

Safe operation

By purchasing and using a SMOKEIRON product, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with the safety and operating manual.

The customer is responsible for:

• Safe setup
• Stable placement
• Fire safety
• Supervision during use
• Keeping children and pets away from hot surfaces
• Compliance with fire bans, campground rules, municipal bylaws, and local regulations
• Proper fuel use
• Safe cooling, cleaning, storage, and transport

Pricing and availability

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product errors, or availability errors before fulfilling an order.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order where we believe there is an error, misuse, fraud risk, shipping issue, or other legitimate concern.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid.

Limitation of liability

SMOKEIRON products involve fire, heat, smoke, sharp edges, heavy steel components, and hot cooking surfaces. Use involves inherent risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMOKEIRON and Magill Contracting Ltd. are not liable for injury, property damage, indirect damages, or losses resulting from misuse, unsafe operation, failure to follow instructions, unauthorized modification, improper fuel use, improper storage, or use in prohibited locations.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Intellectual property

All SMOKEIRON product designs, branding, images, logos, drawings, text, and related content are owned by SMOKEIRON / Magill Contracting Ltd. unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
