SMOKEIRON Return and Refund Policy

SMOKEIRON products are built in small batches and are heavy-duty outdoor cooking products. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused products in original condition.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused.
  • The product must be in its original packaging where practical.
  • The product must not be damaged, modified, burned, cooked on, or exposed to fire.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Because SMOKEIRON products are heavy steel items, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used products
  • Burned or heat-seasoned products
  • Products damaged by misuse, improper setup, improper storage, or improper transport
  • Custom engraved or personalized items
  • Clearance or final-sale items, if clearly marked as final sale

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged in shipping, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@smokeiron.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the issue and work with you on a replacement, repair, refund, or shipping claim where applicable.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or shipping damage confirmed through review.

Refund timing depends on your payment provider or bank.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for safely packaging returned products. SMOKEIRON is not responsible for damage caused by poor return packaging.
