SMOKEIRON products are built and shipped from Alberta, Canada.

Processing time

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Because SMOKEIRON products are built in small batches, some products may have limited availability or short lead times.

If an order is delayed, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout where available. SMOKEIRON products are heavy steel items and may ship in more than one package.

Shipping costs are not included in product discounts unless specifically stated.

Local pickup or local delivery

Shipping damage

Please inspect your shipment when it arrives. If there is visible damage, take photos of the packaging before opening where possible.

If your order arrives damaged, contact info@smokeiron.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
