Return Window
Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the product is unused, unfired, clean, unmodified, complete with all included parts and hardware, and in original packaging where possible.
All returns must be approved by SMOKEIRON before being shipped back.
Do not send a product back without contacting SMOKEIRON first. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Product Fit & Expectations
The RS4 is a heavy steel outdoor fire-cooking product. It is intentionally rugged, heavy, and built for real wood-fire cooking.
A product is not eligible for return after use simply because of normal product characteristics, including weight, size, natural steel finish, heat coloring, smoke, fire management, cooking style, seasoning marks, or other expected characteristics of outdoor fire cooking.
Used, fired, cooked-on, heat-marked, smoked, rusted, scratched, modified, damaged, or incomplete products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
SMOKEIRON will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs only when the return is due to a confirmed SMOKEIRON error, shipping damage, missing parts, or an approved warranty issue.
Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Because SMOKEIRON products are heavy, return shipping can be expensive. Contact SMOKEIRON before ordering if you have questions about product weight, dimensions, pickup, delivery, or shipping.
Damaged or Missing Items
Inspect your order when it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged or missing parts, contact SMOKEIRON as soon as possible with:
- your order number
- photos of the packaging
- photos of the product
- a description of the issue
Do not discard packaging until the issue is reviewed.
Warranty Issues
Defects in materials or workmanship are handled under the SMOKEIRON Warranty.
Used products are not returnable for change of mind, but confirmed warranty issues will be reviewed and handled under the warranty policy.
Refunds
If a return is approved and received in acceptable condition, SMOKEIRON will issue a refund to the original payment method.
SMOKEIRON may deduct costs for missing parts, damaged packaging, damage caused by improper return packing, or condition issues that reduce the resale value of the product.
